Control Hair Fall at Home

Someone wisely said, "Invest in your hair; it's the crown you never take off." But are you taking proper care of your crown? According to data on hair loss in India, baldness starts around age 21. For a number of different reasons, about 85% of men and 40% of women are losing their hair. Even 3–4% of children lose hair because of scalp infections. Then, what can we do to stop this? Is there a natural way to stop hair loss at home? This blog about hair loss answers all of your questions.

1. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is the best home remedy for hair loss because it contains vitamins and essential fatty acids.

Directions:

  1. Finely grate a medium-sized coconut by finely grating it.
  2. Add one cup of water and cook it for five minutes on low heat. You can also blend water with the coconut to make coconut milk.
  3. Strain it, and then add another tablespoon of fenugreek seeds (methi) and black pepper powder to the milk.
  4. Apply this to your hair smoothly, including the scalp.
  5. Wash it off with a mild shampoo after 20–30 minutes.

2. Aloe vera

Aloe vera is the best hair fall control home remedy because it not only stops hair loss but also gets rid of dandruff.

Take a stalk of aloe vera and use a spoon to scrape the pulp out of it into a bowl. Use the pulp to massage your scalp and hair. Let it sit for about 45 to 60 minutes, and then wash it with regular water. You'll get better results if you do this 3–4 times a week.

3. Egg mask

Since eggs are high in biotin, they can't be left out of a list of home remedies for hair loss.

Put the eggs in a bowl and add a teaspoon of honey and olive oil. Beat it for a specific amount of time to make a smooth paste, then spread it all over the hair, including the roots and ends. Keep it on for 25 to 35 minutes, and then use a mild shampoo to wash it off.

4. Green tea

Green tea is the best ingredient for home remedies for hair loss because it contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which stimulates hair follicles.

Depending on your hair's strength, soak two to three green tea bags in one to two cups of hot water. Let it cool, and then pour it all over your hair and scalp while gently massaging it. After about one hour, wash it off with cold water.

5. Amla

When talking about home remedies to stop hair fall, Amla is often called a "miracle fruit." This is because it has vitamins and minerals that help hair grow.

Make a thick paste by mixing amla powder with lime juice. Massage it correctly into your scalp and hair. Cover it with a shower cap for about an hour to keep it from drying out. After that, you should wash it with cold water.

6. Beetroot juice

Because it has protein, vitamin A, and calcium, beetroot is the best home remedy for hair loss.

Directions:

  1. Boil 6-7 beetroots along with their leaves in two or three cups of water.
  2. Mix it with some fresh henna leaves and grind it.
  3. Put this paste on your head and leave it for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Use warm water to clean it.

7. Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds are the best home remedy for hair loss because they are full of protein and nicotinic acid, which can help hair grow and get rid of dandruff.

Also, Soak the methi seeds in water overnight and then blend them into a smooth paste. Apply it to your head and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Rinse it with cold water, and don't use shampoo.

Home Remedies for Glowing Skin

Most people I know start stocking up on creams, moisturizers, and other skin-nourishing products when fall comes. During this time of year, especially for people with dry skin, the skin begins to feel tight and leathery. Others who haven't been taking care of their skin properly also have patchy, dull skin with different colors. When it comes to oily and combination skin types, the skin starts to look better, more porcelain, and glow, but remember that even these skin types will feel their skin tightening and stretching and need to be nourished and moisturized. So, you might be wondering, what's the difference between moisturizing and nourishing? The easiest way to explain it would be to compare a dehydrated, powdered soup sold in packets to a fresh, healthy soup you make at home. You can never replace the benefits of pure, fresh ingredients and products, whether using them on your skin and hair or putting them in your body. In a strange way, humid and wet weather tends to make hair even more frizzy. Because dry hair tries to get moisture from the air, the cuticle, or outer layer, of each hair puffs up instead of lying flat. Also, the cuticle is made up of scales that overlap. Scales separate and rise when the air is moist. This makes hair look like it's wavy. Frizz can get worse if your hair is dry. This includes alkaline shampoos and styling gels with alcohol in them. Heat-based styling tools can also dry out hair and make it frizzy. If you want your hair to look smoother, there are things you can do at home to add moisture and reduce frizz. A side benefit is that more moisture can also help improve the health of your hair. 1. Apple cider vinegar The pH level of healthy hair is between 4.5 and 5.5, which is acidic. When the hair's pH balance is between these n...
